If something is not covered here, ask us. We would rather answer before you book than after.
How do I book?
Start by building your journey or choosing a package, then send us the enquiry. We come back with a written quotation confirming availability and the final price. Nothing is charged until you have that and are happy with it.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. Eligibility and issuance are decided by the competent Saudi authorities. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, correct and submitted promptly, which removes the most common causes of delay and refusal.
Is the price I see on the website final?
No — it is an estimate based on the rates we hold, and we label it as such throughout. Hotel and flight availability changes constantly. Your written quotation is the price that counts.
How close to the Haram will I actually be?
Every hotel on this site shows its walking distance in both metres and minutes, because 'close to the Haram' means very different things to different companies. If distance matters more than anything else to you, say so and we will build around it.
Are flights included in your packages?
Not by default. Package prices cover ground arrangements so you can compare them fairly. We will quote flights separately once we have live fares for your dates, or you are welcome to book your own — just send us the details so transfers can be timed correctly.
Is this my first time — will someone help me?
Yes. Tell us it is your first Umrah when you enquire and we will make sure you are briefed on what happens and when, and that a guide is available if you would like one. There is no expectation that you already know the practicalities.
