Who we are

Al Wafd arranges Umrah travel: visa applications, flights, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, transfers, and Ziyarat. We arrange them together rather than separately, because the gaps between arrangements are where journeys go wrong.
Most of the problems travellers describe to us are not dramatic. A driver who did not know the flight was delayed. A hotel that turned out to be a twenty-minute uphill walk rather than the five minutes advertised. Connecting rooms that were requested at check-in rather than at booking, and were therefore gone. These are all avoidable, and avoiding them is the work.
We do not promise things outside our control. We cannot guarantee a visa will be granted, and we will not tell you a hotel can accommodate a wheelchair until the hotel has confirmed it to us in writing. What we can promise is that you will hear the truth about where things stand.
