Umrah visa

Your application, handled properly

Most refusals and delays come from avoidable paperwork errors. We check everything before it is submitted.

How it works

What we do, and what we cannot do

We review your documents before anything is submitted, prepare and lodge the application, track its progress and send you the visa once it is issued. You are told at each stage where things stand rather than left wondering.

What we cannot do is guarantee an outcome. Eligibility and issuance are decisions of the competent Saudi authorities, and any agent who promises approval is not being straight with you. What we can do is remove the avoidable causes of delay — an expired passport, a photograph that does not meet the specification, accommodation details that do not match the application.

Our strong advice: do not book non-refundable flights before your visa is issued. It is the most expensive mistake a first-time traveller can make, and it is entirely avoidable.

Umrah visa eligibility, requirements and issuance are determined by the competent Saudi authorities and can change without notice. Al Wafd prepares and submits your application and keeps you updated; we cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted. Please verify current requirements through official channels before making non-refundable arrangements.

Questions

Common questions

All questions
Do you handle the Umrah visa application for me?
Yes. We review your documents before anything is submitted, prepare and lodge the application, track its progress, and send you the visa once it is issued. You are told at each stage where things stand.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. Eligibility and issuance are decided by the competent Saudi authorities. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, correct and submitted promptly, which removes the most common causes of delay and refusal.
How long does visa processing take?
Processing times change with demand and with regulation, particularly around Ramadan. We will give you a current estimate when you enquire rather than quote a figure here that may be out of date by the time you read it.
What documents will I need?
Typically a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel date, a recent passport-style photograph on a white background, and confirmed accommodation and return travel details. Requirements vary by nationality and can change, so we confirm the exact list for your situation before you start gathering anything.
