How it works

How we quote flights

Flight fares move constantly, so we quote them live rather than publishing a figure that will be wrong by the time you read it. Tell us where you are flying from and your approximate dates, and we will come back with options.

We usually suggest flying into one city and out of the other — Jeddah in and Madinah out, or the reverse — which avoids doubling back on the four-and-a-half hour drive between them. Whether that works depends on your carrier and your fare type, and we will tell you plainly if it does not.

You are equally welcome to book your own flights. If you do, send us the details as soon as you have them so your transfers can be timed correctly and your driver briefed on your actual arrival.

Live flight search is not enabled on this site. We do not display sample fares, because a price you cannot actually book is worse than no price at all. Send us your dates and we will quote from live availability.

What we consider

  • Total journey time, not just the fare
  • Arrival hour against hotel check-in
  • Connection times that are realistic
  • Baggage allowance for the return journey
  • Open-jaw routings where they save a drive

Are flights included in your packages?
Not by default. Package prices cover ground arrangements so you can compare them fairly. We will quote flights separately once we have live fares for your dates, or you are welcome to book your own — just send us the details so transfers can be timed correctly.
Should I fly into Jeddah or Madinah?
It depends on the order of your journey. Flying into Jeddah suits itineraries that begin in Makkah; flying into Madinah suits the reverse. Many guests fly into one and out of the other, which avoids doubling back. We will suggest the routing that fits your plan.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Tell us as soon as you know. We track arrival times for booked transfers and will reschedule your driver. If you have already travelled, use the support contact on your travel documents — it is monitored outside office hours.
